Graduation trip - Museum of Natural History

After a walk of more than the three blocks I estimated from Kings Cross, we arrived at the Museum of Natural History. However, the damage to Karen's knee was done and it would plague her for the rest of our trip. I don't know which was more impressive about the museum - the exhibits or the architecture of the place. This view is of the main hall and is what greets you as you first enter.

From the opposite end, looking back, the view is even more impressive.

Unfortunately, this dinosaur structure picture is a bit dark, as was most of the exhibit in this area. They did have some impressive bones.

Even the outside of the building was ornately carved.
